Article VII

Censure of Officers

The Executive Committee may, by a 2/3 vote, censure a member of the Executive Committee whose conduct is not in harmony with the principles of the National Association and tends to bring the National Association into disrepute.

Executive Committee Absences

If an Executive Committee member misses two (2) consecutive Executive Committee meetings and his/her absence is not excused by the Executive Committee, his/her position may be declared vacant and a successor may be appointed subject to the provisions of POWERS AND DUTIES, Section C.
