This AGREEMENT is made this fifth day of May, 2000,
by and between
UNION COUNTY CATHOLIC EDUCATION ASSOCIATION ("Association")'
-and-
OUR LADY OF PEACE SCHOOL NEW PROVIDENCE ("School")
WHEREAS, the parties have engaged in collective bargaining covering terms and conditions of employment of the full-time lay teachers employed at the School; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached agreement on the terms and conditions of employment of the full-time lay teachers employed at the School:
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:
