A.  This Agreement shall be effective for the 1999-2000, 2000-2001, 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 School  years.

B.  At any time subsequent to January 1, 2003, either party may give written notice of its desire to meet and negotiate the terms of a successor agreement. The parties shall commence negotiations within sixty days after such notice is received. In the absence of such notice, this Agreement shall be renewed without change for an additional term of three years.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date set forth above.
