Current Contract - Article 13 - Miscellaneous Provisions

A.  This Agreement is intended to be consistent with the Faculty Handbook and other School policies affecting teachers. In the event there is a definitive conflict between those documents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern, provided that if there is an available interpretation of the documents that would avoid a conflict, that interpretation shall govern.

B.  If any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law, that provision shall be invalid and unenforceable. All other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

C.  This Agreement reflects the results of the efforts of the parties in collective bargaining. All other matters are reserved to the managerial prerogative of the School.

D.  Subject to the provisions of Article Fourteen, the School shall not be required to engage in collective bargaining over any other terms and conditions of employment during the term of this Agreement.

E.  During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no concerted job action or work stoppage in any form or manner whatsoever by one or more teachers or the Association which disrupts the educational process of the School in any way, and there shall be no lockout of teachers.

F.  Each teacher shall have the right to volunteer to perform any act for the benefit of the religious education ministry of the School as an expression of personal belief, notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement.
