1. The Association will be provided the names and addresses of all new unit members within ten (10) days of the commencement of the school year; or if hired during the school year, then within ten (10) days of the date of employment. A copy of the notice submitted to the Association shall be provided to each new employee.

2. If the Association has not received the above-mentioned lists within the required time period, the Association will notify the Superintendent indicating which schools are in default, and the Superintendent or his designee will take the necessary steps to provide these lists to the Association.
