SECTION A
The conditions of this Agreement shall go into effect on the first day of September, 1997, and shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of August, 2001.

SECTION B
In witness whereof, the parties hereto caused this Agreement to be executed by the duly authorized representatives this 4th day of June, 1997.
