SECTION A
Neither the Association, nor any of its members, shall engage in, condone, or participate in any strike, work stoppage, slow down, picketing (before, during, or after school hours) or in any other way interfere with the operation of any, or all, of the Diocesan High Schools.

SECTION B
Neither the Diocese, nor any of its authorized representatives, shall engage in any lockout of teachers during the term of this Agreement.
