SECTION A
If any provisions of this Agreement are or shall be any time held to be contrary to the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the United States, then said provisions shall not be applicable, performed, or enforced, except to the extent that they are permitted by law. In the event that any provisions of this Agreement become contrary to law, all other provisions shall continue in effect.

SECTION B
The parties agree, in good faith, to attempt to replace any such null and void clauses which conform with the law.
