SECTION A
The Employer retains the sole right to operate its schools, and nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict it in any way in the exercise of all its management functions.

SECTION B
On or before October I of each school year, the Employer shall forward to the Association the name, school, seniority level, step, and teaching assignment of all teachers.

SECTION C
The Employer has the right to hire, suspend, discharge, or otherwise discipline a teacher for violation of rules, or other just cause.

SECTION D
The Employer shall provide to each teacher a booklet explaining all benefits such as medical, retirement, and insurance provisions, as well as a copy of the current contract under which the teacher is employed.
