SECTION A
"Association" shall mean the Altoona-Johnstown Catholic School Teachers Association, National Association of Catholic School Teachers.

SECTION B
"Employer" shall mean the Ordinary of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, or his designee.

SECTION C
"Principal" shall mean the person who is chief administrator of any school.

SECTION D
"School" shall mean Bishop Carroll, Bishop Guilfoyle, and Bishop McCort High Schools.

SECTION E
"Authorized Representative" shall mean a person designated by the Association in any school.

SECTION F
"Teacher" shall mean only fulll-time lay classroom teachers, guidance counselors, and librarians.

SECTION G
"Days" shall mean the days each high school has scheduled and have been approved by the Diocesan Education Office.

SECTION H
"Moderator" shall mean any person who is responsible for an extra-curricular activity.
